cup potato starch

cup tapioca starch

1/2 tsp baking powder

tsp salt

Cake

cup butter

cup sugar

large eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3
cup milk

Preheat
oven to 350 F. Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add
eggs and vanilla and beat well.

Add
dry ingredients and milk to egg mixture and mix until smooth. Scrape
bottom and sides of bowl and mix again just until smooth.

Pour
into greased and rice-floured 9-inch round cake pan. Bake at 350 F for
30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool
completely before frosting. |
