Salsa
Marlene Mork
2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 sprigs cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
jalapeno pepper (1/3 for mild, 2/3 for medium or 1 whole for hot)

Combine and chop all ingredients in food processor or salsa maker.
