Refried
Beans

2 cups dry pinto beans
1 onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt

Soak beans in 6 cups water overnight. Drain.

Cover beans with water, bring to a boil, then simmer 1 hour or until tender.

Drain beans and put
in mixer bowl.

Sauté onion in oil.

Add
onions and salt to beans and mix until smooth.
